Our MOQs are intentionally kept low to make it easy for new partners to test the range:

A minimum order of 50 retail boxes* is required. You can order an individual SKU or combination of SKUs to fulfil the minimum order quantity. Refer Products page for our SKU range.

*Each retail box consists of 24 individual incense cones and 1 ceramic burner.

Yes, we ship internationally via express courier services such as FedEx, DHL, etc.

• Orders are shipped directly from India.

• Shipping costs will be included in the quoted price.

• Tracking details are provided for every shipment.

We typically ship within 3-5 working days after order confirmation.

Note: For orders above 400 retail boxes, additional manufacturing time of 15-20 days shall be required.

Import duties, VAT/GST, or other local taxes (if applicable) are not included in our wholesale prices and are payable by the buyer upon import, as per local regulations.

Most registered businesses can claim VAT/ GST credit on resale according to their country’s tax rules.

Yes. Sample kits are available for evaluation. Each sample kit consists of a complete retail box for each of our SKUs i.e., 5 individual retail boxes (each box contains 24 incense cones and 1 burner).

We offer a paid sample kit, which is‍ 100% redeemable against your first wholesale order. The charges for the sample kits are:

• USA: $50 per sample kit

• UK: £30 per sample kit

• Other countries: Please contacts us for a custom quote.

These charges are to recover a small part of the international shipping fee and filter out any frivolous leads.

Each SKU comes in a premium gift-ready retail packaging designed for shelf display. Wholesale orders are packed securely in export-grade cartons to ensure safe transit.

No additional repackaging is required on your end.

To place a wholesale order:

1. Submit your order requirements by filling out the enquiry form on our website in the Contact section.

2. We share final pricing, MOQs and shipping estimates based on submitted order requirements within 2-3 working days.

3. Orders are confirmed on 100% advance payment basis.

Payments are accepted via international bank transfers or other agreed methods.

At PAUS, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy.

Wholesale orders are usually non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage confirmed upon delivery.
