WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Scope & Eligibility

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply exclusively to business customers (B2B) purchasing products from PAUS RITUALS (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting a wholesale enquiry or placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are:

  • A registered business, retailer, studio, or professional entity

  • Purchasing products for resale or professional use, not personal consumption

PAUS Rituals does not currently sell products directly to consumers via this website.

Wholesale Enquiries & Account Approval

Submission of a wholesale enquiry does not constitute an order or agreement.

  • All wholesale relationships are subject to approval by PAUS RITUALS

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale enquiries at our discretion

  • Wholesale pricing, MOQs, and terms will be shared after approval 

Orders, Minimums & Confirmation

  • All wholesale orders are confirmed only after 100% advance payment, unless agreed in writing

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and will be communicated prior to order confirmation

  • Once confirmed, wholesale orders are final and non-cancellable 

 

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of custom duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes unless stated otherwise

  • 100% advance payment is required for all wholesale orders unless agreed in writing

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

PAUS RITUALS reserves the right to revise wholesale pricing with prior notice.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Orders are shipped from India using courier or freight services

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch by PAUS RITUALS

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Refunds & Claims

At PAUS RITUALS, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy. Wholesale orders are usually non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage confirmed upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs and order details via email at admin@pausrituals.com

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the buyer

Customs & Import Duties

  • Any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Product Characteristics & Variations

Due to the nature of our products, they may exhibit natural variations in:

  • Colour

  • Texture

  • Finish

  • Fragrance intensity 

Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Fragrance perception is subjective and cannot be guaranteed across environments.

Product Use, Safety & Liability

Wholesale buyers are responsible for:

  • Proper storage and handling of products

  • Providing safe usage guidance to end customers

PAUS RITUALS products are intended solely as home fragrance items and make no medical or therapeutic claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAUS RITUALS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or resale.

Intellectual Property & Brand Use

All trademarks, product names, images, and brand materials remain the property of PAUS RITUALS.

Wholesale buyers may use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of marketing PAUS RITUALS products and may not:

  • Alter brand visuals

  • Misrepresent product claims

  • Create derivative branding without written consent 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Amendments

PAUS RITUALS reserves the right to amend these Wholesale Terms at any time. Updated terms will apply to future orders upon publication or communication.
